What warranty do I get on refurbished devices?
All refurbished devices come with at least 12 months of warranty at remarket.ch. In case of battery defects or hardware issues, we repair or replace your device free of charge. New (sealed) devices come with 24 months of warranty under Swiss standards.
What do the conditions "Like new", "Light signs of use" and "Acceptable" mean?
Like new: No visible signs of use, technically and visually as new. Light signs of use: Minimal micro-scratches on the housing or frame, visible only on close inspection — the display is flawless. Acceptable: Clearly visible signs of use and scratches on the housing, possibly also on the display — but technically 100 % functional. All conditions are tested and delivered with full warranty.
