What’s included in the 80-point quality check?

Every iPad Pro unit passes a comprehensive inspection: battery capacity, display, ports, buttons, cameras (where applicable), speakers, microphones, Bluetooth/WiFi, activation and software reset. Defects are repaired or the device doesn’t go on sale.

What warranty do I get?

All refurbished iPad Pro units come with a minimum 12-month Swiss warranty. We repair or replace defective devices at no cost. Handling at our workshop in Egerkingen.

How do you ship and what does it cost?

Free A-Post shipping within Switzerland, usually within 1–2 working days. Pickup at Egerkingen, Basel, or Bern is also possible.

Can I return the device if it’s not for me?

Yes, 14-day return with no questions asked. Send the device back and we refund the full purchase price.
