What’s included in the 80-point quality check?

Every MacBook Pro Touch Bar unit passes a comprehensive inspection: battery capacity, display, ports, buttons, cameras (where applicable), speakers, microphones, Bluetooth/WiFi, activation and software reset. Defects are repaired or the device doesn’t make it to sale.

What warranty do I get?

All refurbished MacBook Pro Touch Bar units come with a minimum 12-month Swiss warranty. We repair or replace defective devices at no cost. Handling takes place at our workshop in Egerkingen.

How do you ship and what does it cost?

We ship free by A-Post within Switzerland, usually within 1–2 working days. Pickup at Egerkingen, Basel, or Bern is also possible.

Can I return the device if it’s not for me?

Yes, 14-day return with no questions asked. Just send the device back and we refund the full purchase price.

Which Touch Bar MacBook Pro fits?

13" (2016–2020) offers two or four Thunderbolt 3 ports, Iris Plus graphics — the compact choice for office and coding. 15" (2016–2019) with dedicated Radeon Pro for photo/video. The 16" (2019) replaced the 15" — larger screen, better cooling, Magic Keyboard with scissor switch. The 13" M1 (2020) marks the move to Apple Silicon and offers vastly better battery life. What you should know

The 2016–2019 models use the "butterfly" keyboard, which had dust issues. Apple addressed this in a free repair programme — all our units have working keyboards, as we test them in the 80-point check. The 2020 13" and the 16" use the scissor-switch Magic Keyboard.
