What’s included in the 80-point quality check?

Every audio devices unit passes a comprehensive inspection: battery capacity, display, ports, buttons, cameras (where applicable), speakers, microphones, Bluetooth/WiFi, activation and software reset. Defects are repaired or the device doesn’t make it to sale.

What warranty do I get?

All refurbished audio devices units come with a minimum 12-month Swiss warranty. We repair or replace defective devices at no cost. Handling takes place at our workshop in Egerkingen.

How do you ship and what does it cost?

We ship free by A-Post within Switzerland, usually within 1–2 working days. Pickup at Egerkingen, Basel, or Bern is also possible.

Can I return the device if it’s not for me?

Yes, 14-day return with no questions asked. Just send the device back and we refund the full purchase price.

Every device passes the 80-point check (battery, Bluetooth pairing, noise cancellation, microphone), comes with minimum 12-month warranty, and ships free by A-Post in Switzerland.

Which fits which use?

True wireless for on the go: AirPods, Galaxy Buds, Pixel Buds, and Huawei FreeBuds are compact, with active noise cancellation (model-dependent) and 4–8 hours battery per charge. Speakers for home or park: Huawei Sound offers 360° audio, other Bluetooth speakers are listed in the sub-categories. Vintage collectors: we still carry iPods, iPod touch, nano, and classic remain fan favourites.

What to consider

For in-ears, battery condition matters most, we test it and show it on the product page. Bluetooth pairing, charging case, and microphones are tested before every shipment. Earbud tips are hygienically replaced.
