Yes, the home service covers the Schönbühl and Bern region. The travel fee is a flat 29 francs.

Windows PCs and laptops, Macs as well as routers, printers and displays. The repair workshop also covers smartphones and tablets.

Yes, for companies with up to around ten workstations: setup, data migration and ongoing support.

Yes, as one-on-one sessions at your own pace: using a PC, smartphone or tablet, email, e-banking, photos or video calls. Great for beginners and seniors.

Is there help for smartphones and tablets?

Yes. Setup, data transfer and explanations for iPhone, iPad and Samsung are part of the support; repairs are handled by the in-store workshop.
