The basis is a Quickline internet plan with TV on your account.
Every mobile plan on the same account counts. With two plans that is CHF 20.– per month.
While a mobile plan is at a promotional price, the discount is paused. After that Quickline deducts it automatically.

No. Internet, TV and mobile all need to run on the same Quickline account.
No. While the mobile plan runs at a promotional price, the combo discount is paused. With the mobile promotions it therefore starts from month 25.
Only Quickline may change existing plans. In the request you say that you are already a customer and we arrange a callback for you.
The request takes a few minutes and is non-binding. A contract only comes into being once you confirm.
