How long does a repair take?

Most repairs are done the same day. Display replacement usually 1–2 hours, battery replacement usually about 1 hour. For more complex issues (water damage, logicboard) we'll get back to you with a timeline.

Prices depend on the model. You'll see the exact price live as soon as you pick the device and repair, no hidden costs and always with a 1-year warranty.

What warranty do you give on repairs?

Repairs with original parts come with a 1-year warranty on the replaced part. For lower-cost premium (third-party) parts the warranty is 3 months. If the same fault returns within that period, we repair it again at no charge.

Where does the bike courier go?

Our bike courier covers Basel and surroundings (postcodes 4051–4059). Outside this area, we recommend the pre-paid postal service, insured Switzerland-wide.

What happens to my data?

We treat your data carefully: repairs are performed without accessing your private data whenever possible. Please back up your device before handing it over, iCloud or Samsung Cloud is ideal.

Do you use original or OEM parts?

Accepted Answer

Depending on availability we use original or OEM parts (manufacturer quality). On request we can also fit lower-cost premium third-party parts. You can specify your preference when booking, original parts cost a little more but come with a 1-year warranty; premium parts are cheaper, with a 3-month warranty.
