In our own workshop every device goes through an 80-point diagnosis with the certified PhoneCheck software. Only once the battery, display, cameras, ports and sensors all pass is it graded and released.

Intake and identification
Every device is registered and identified individually. We check the model, storage, colour as well as SIM lock and blocks.

80-point diagnosis with certified software
The certified PhoneCheck diagnostic software tests the battery, display, touch, cameras, speakers, microphones, ports, buttons, sensors and radio modules.

Repair in our own workshop
Whatever fails is repaired by our own technicians, using original or tested premium spare parts. Batteries below 80 % capacity get replaced.

Cleaning and secure data erasure
The device is thoroughly cleaned and reset with a log. The previous owner's data is irreversibly gone afterwards.

Grading and release
Finally we grade the cosmetic condition honestly and photograph it. Only then does the device go on sale with a 12-month warranty.

Every device goes through an 80-point diagnosis with the certified PhoneCheck software. That covers the battery, display, touch, cameras, speakers, microphones, ports, buttons, sensors and radio modules, among others. Every result is logged, and only then is the device graded and released.
We measure the battery capacity of every device. If it is below 80 %, we replace the battery. The measured condition is shown right on the product page, so you never buy blind.
When we repair, we use original or tested premium spare parts. Just ask and we will tell you which one was fitted.
Every device we buy is reset with a log and completely wiped before it is resold. No one else's data ever reaches your device.
