Yes — every iPhone ships with at least 12 months warranty. If a fault occurs within the warranty period, we'll repair or replace the device free of charge.

Can you migrate data from my old iPhone?

Yes. At our stores in Basel, Bern and Egerkingen we offer in-person data migration. We transfer photos, contacts, apps and settings directly to your new device.

Are the iPhones SIM-lock-free?
